Healthy Boundaries

Protecting your wellbeing while strengthening your relationships.

Most of us weren't taught how to set healthy boundaries.

We learn through experience—sometimes by saying yes when we wanted to say no, avoiding difficult conversations, taking on too much, or putting other people's needs ahead of our own. Over time, these patterns can leave us feeling overwhelmed, resentful or disconnected from ourselves.

This is a place to better understand healthy boundaries, recognise the patterns that make them difficult, and develop practical skills that support healthier relationships.
