Frequently Asked Questions
Here you'll find some practical information about how counselling works, what to expect, and how to get started.

Counselling can give you space to make sense of what’s happening in your life and understand yourself and your relationships more clearly. You might want to work through a particular challenge, change a pattern that keeps repeating, strengthen a relationship, or simply understand why something feels harder than you would like it to.
What we focus on will depend on you and what you would like to get from counselling.
